  For the second time in one month, while depositing a cheque into the ANZ Warwick ATM, it accepted the cheque but did not process it ior deposit nor did it return it to me. Another trip to the bank to recover the cheque for re-banking. Perhaps a service of the ATM would assist. More time wasted.

  honestly I never like leaving bad reviews, but the customer service is appalling, We come into the bank seeking help about a transaction, the lady was so impatient it was unbelievable, she kept on pestering us to go online to deal with the situation as if she didn't want to help us at all. My dad's english isn't the best so he struggles to understand what she was saying. She treated us totally different to other customers. Absolutely inexcusable behaviour

  Quite possibly the worst in-person customer service I have ever had to endure. To top it off, Kirtsy(?) just walked off and started serving another customer mid-conversation, I have never experienced anything like that before.

  Yes the staff can be nice but Warwick ANZ has horrible customer service. I waited in line for 30 minutes before being served when I had 3 people infront of me. They only had one teller available and the other workers having a personal conversation after obviously seeing there were people waiting.

  Great service from Cindy at Warwick. She has helped me when I most needed it. My wife has passed away and Cindy helped me with my banking needs. Fantastic customer service. Thank you
