They've had multiple jewellers and front desk staff since then (I really liked Jess - went above & beyond). I've recently had a few men's gold chains repaired and can't fault there work still - I love the complementary polish & shine - had my chains looking like brand new again.

Just want to start by giving a big thank you. I worked with Andrea for over 6 months to sort out my perfect engagement ring design. I truly appreciate the patience and the advice along the way. The bigger brand stores quickly lost interest in 'designing' a ring with me..
When it came to putting it all together Graham was a true master. He took the time to walk me through the process showing me what makes a good ring.
Will definitely be back for the wedding bands!
