  I have been going to Woolworths at Kingsway for nearly 17 years and gave an excellent review lately but find that their standards are slipping. I have visited twice this week and because I am elderly and find it difficult to bend in to large trolleys that the smaller ones are better. This week I have visited twice and no small trolleys but 5 rows of large ones. I notice that your staff (doing pick ups I suppose are using them. Also our shelves with specials are empty even though I get there early. As Aldi is opening shortly I think you will have competition and need to look at your specials . Are there enough etc. There was another lady there today looking for a smaller trolley and I noticed one of our staff talking to another member of staff with his hand on one so asked him kindly if this lady could have it which he gave to her. Reduce the number of larger trolleys please and put more smaller trolleys there. It has been raining all week and I do not want to go out looking for one like I did the other day. Thank You
